Why do yoga before and after you give birth?

Pregnancy yoga is a wonderful way to meet other people, keep your body fit and active and learn breathing and stretching techniques to guide you through your pregnancy comfortably. Post birth, mum and baby yoga is a wonderful way to bond with your baby and to stay connected to other new mums. We flow so that you get an appropriate workout for your body, whilst also interacting with your baby with songs and props. Having a new baby can be a daunting experience, whether it is your first or your fifth baby! Beth is highly experienced with babies and will ensure your baby is comfortable whilst you work out and restore. Babies cry, they need changing, they need feeding. It's all a part of it, so please don't worry about what the experience will be like. You will be fully supported, so please come and say hi. Currently I am only taking on private clients or private small groups (pregnancy), but will happily recommend a local pregnancy yoga class for you if that is what you are looking for.
