Why do yoga if you're a teenager?
Being a teenager is hard. You've got school work, social pressures, annoying parents (sorry parents reading 😉 ) and to top it all off, your body is changing and your muscles are getting stiffer as you grow. Teen yoga is about creating the space for teens to be teens. We have fun in class; we laugh, we joke, we make noise when a stretch is hard, which doesn't often happen in adult classes. I believe in creating the space for teens to feel supported, safe to share and to relax at the same time. My classes are set to music, are flowing so you get a good workout, but also provide space for rest and relaxation at the end.
